Delete a single match's file

You can remove everything SLICK has learned about one match without deleting your whole account:

Open SLICK and tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left.
Tap My Matches.
Find the match, and tap Archive.
In the Archived section below, tap the delete icon next to that match, then confirm.

Deleted match data disappears from the app immediately. You have 24 hours to restore it from the Archived section before it is permanently removed from our servers.

Delete your entire account

Deleting your account removes your profile, every match file, every uploaded screenshot, and your subscription history.

Open SLICK and tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left.
Tap Your Data.
Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account disappears from the app immediately and stops being used for anything. We then begin removing it from our servers, which normally completes within 30 days. Encrypted backups exist so we can recover from an outage, and deleted data may remain in those backups for up to 60 more days before being overwritten. We don't read or use backup data for anything other than restoring service.

No app installed?

If you no longer have the app installed but had an account, email us at the address below with the email address you used to sign up, and we will process the deletion on your behalf.
